The village Building Department’s plan reviewers shall review all plans properly submitted in accordance with the then current building codes and amendments adopted by the village, where appropriate, and in the event the reviewers determine that the plans submitted fail to meet the standards called for in these codes, the plan reviewers shall have the discretion to reject the plans.
