§ 150.152 CELL TOWER SITING APPLICATION FEES.

   Any application for the siting of a cellular telephone tower shall be accompanied by the following fees:

   For any tower proposed for MP zoned property      $100

   For any tower proposed for school district property      +$200

   For any tower proposed in I zoned property         $500

   For any tower proposed in any B zoned district      $10,000

   For any tower proposed in any R zoned district      $20,000
