§ 150.113 EXAMINATION PREREQUISITE TO REGISTRATION.
   Before a certificate of registration shall be issued, the applicant or the applicant's representative shall, following reasonable advance notice, present himself for examination before the Electrical Inspector at a time and place set by him. Said Inspector shall examine such applicant as to the applicant's practical knowledge of the installation and alteration of electrical equipment and knowledge of the rules and regulations for the installation of electrical wiring devices and equipment as set forth in this chapter and in the latest standards issued by the National Board of Fire Underwriters as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association and approved by the American Standards Association. Such examination shall be in whole or in part in writing and shall be of a practical character as determined by the Electrical Inspector but sufficiently strict to thoroughly test the experience and qualifications of the applicant.
