§ 150.052 BOND REQUIRED.
   Each applicant shall file a bond, with surety to be approved by the Board of Trustees, conditioned to indemnify the village for any loss or damage resulting from the work undertaken or the manner of doing the same. Said bond shall be in an amount of not less than $5,000.
