§ 150.021 AUTHORITY OF VILLAGE TO CLOSE.
   If a representative of the village shall find, after inspection, that the operation of the pool does not meet the sanitary and safety requirements of this subchapter, the representative shall direct that the pool be closed until the sanitary and safety requirements are met.
