(A) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $200 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or is continued.
(B) For the first violation of § 120.15, the violator shall be fined an amount equal to the cost of the license. For a second or subsequent violation of § 120.15, the violator shall be fined $50. Nothing herein shall be construed as giving the village the power to enjoin or close any business for any violation hereof.
