§ 117.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Every person, organization, corporation, foundation, or business entity or the like found to have violated any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be punished by the fine set forth in § 39.07 of this Code. A separate and distinct offense shall be regarded as committed each day upon which each such person, organization, corporation, foundation, or business entity or the like shall continue any such violation or permit any such violation to exist after notification thereof.
   (B)   In addition to any fine or monetary penalty, the village shall have the right to revoke licenses of violators, and to seek injunctions or restraining orders to prevent continuing violations of the provisions of this chapter.
   (C)   In any civil proceeding to enforce the terms of this chapter, the Court shall assess the violator with the costs and attorney's fees incurred by the village in such action, and shall enter judgment thereon upon the village's petition.
