§ 116.18 INSPECTION.
   (A)   At least once every six months the county health department will cause an inspection to be made of every restaurant, coffee house, and ice cream parlor located within the village. In case the health department discovers the violation of any item of sanitation, it shall make a second inspection after the lapse of such time as it deems necessary for the defect to be remedied. Any violation of the same requirement of this chapter found on such second inspection shall authorize immediate revocation of license.
   (B)   One copy of the inspection report shall be posted by the health department upon an inside wall of the restaurant, coffee house, or ice cream parlor and said inspection report shall not be defaced or removed by any person except the health department. One copy of the inspection report shall be filed with the records of the health department.
   (C)   The person operating the restaurant, coffee house, or ice cream parlor shall, upon request of the agent of the health department, permit access to all parts of the establishment and shall permit copying of all records of food purchases.
