§ 116.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 116.10 through 116.21 shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
