§ 116.14 UNWHOLESOME FOOD.
   (A)   No person, firm, or corporation shall offer for sale, or keep for the purpose of selling or offering for sale, any food of any kind intended for human consumption which is spoiled or tainted or is unwholesome and unfit for consumption for any reason.
   (B)   All tainted or unwholesome food intended for human consumption may be condemned by the Board of Health, and shall thereupon be seized and destroyed by the health officer or any police officer.
