§ 113.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person, corporation, or entity convicted of a violation of §§ 113.10 through 113.18 shall be fined in a sum of not less than $25 nor more than $500 for one offense. ('79 Code, § 1513(15))

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 113.25 through 113.28 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
