The health inspector may recommend to the Village President revocation of the license whenever it appears that the licensee has not operated his business in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The President may direct a member of the Police Department to close the place of business until such time as compliance with this chapter has again been met. The President may then, upon compliance, reinstate the license.
