§ 113.16 SANITATION REQUIREMENTS.
   Licensees under this chapter shall maintain their establishments in a clean and sanitary condition and take all reasonable precautions to safeguard the safety and health of the patrons of such establishment. All steam rooms, hot rooms, shower rooms, and dressing rooms shall be constructed of fireproof material. All hot rooms and steam rooms shall have ventilating systems for the expulsion of vitiated air. All boiler and furnace rooms within the building shall be of fireproof construction and equipped with fireproof doors of an approved design. The partition walls between all the rooms shall be kept enclosed from floor to ceiling and wall to wall and the doors and walls of such rooms shall be so constructed and maintained as to insure the utmost privacy.
