(A) No circus parade shall be held in the village without a permit therefor being first secured; the fee for such a permit shall be $50.
(B) Applications for such permits shall be made to the Village Clerk, and the route to be followed shall be specified in the permit and shall be approved by the Chief of Police.
(C) Each application shall be accompanied by a bond in the sum of §10,000 with sureties to be approved by the Village Clerk, conditioned to indemnify the village for any loss or damage to the city property by the vehicles or participants in such parade.
