§ 111.05 BUILDING PREMISES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to conduct or hold any public show or theatrical show in any building or premises which does not comply with the requirements of the code of this village relating to the construction of buildings.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to conduct or hold any such performance or exhibition in any place not equipped with adequate exits; and all exits and such building or place shall be kept free for access and unobstructed with proper exit signs.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to smoke or carry a lighted cigarette, cigar, or pipe on or beneath a stage or in a dressing room of any building used as an assembly hall with seating accommodations for more than 100 people or in which theatrical shows, amusements, lectures, or other entertainment are offered, presented, operated, or exhibited, including the Village Council chambers.
   (D)   It shall be the duty of the owner of such premises or of the occupant in charge to provide and place printed signs on which the words "No Smoking" shall appear in letters. Two signs shall be on the stage or in the wings thereof and one in each dressing room.
