§ 111.02 LICENSES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to conduct or operate any amusement which is open to the public and for admission to which a fee is charged without having first secured a license therefor; provided that the provisions of this section shall not be held to apply to those amusements which are specifically licensed by other sections of this chapter or by other ordinances.
   (B)   Applications for such licenses shall be made to the Village Clerk and shall comply with the general provisions of the code sections relating to such applications. Except as otherwise provided, the fee for such licenses shall be:
 
Menageries
$10 per day
Carnivals
$50 per day
Concerts
$10 per day
Exhibitions of inanimate objects
$10 per day
Other public shows or amusements
$10 per day
