It is the duty of the licensee(s) to exercise full management of all persons employed by the licensee in connection with the service of any alcoholic liquors or package goods. In the event an employee who is not a licensee commits any violation of the provisions of this chapter, that violation shall be considered to be a violation committed by the licensee. In such event, the licensee(s) shall be separately guilty of the violation and shall be subject to penalty hereunder as if the licensee had committed the violation in his, her or their proper person(s).
