§ 110.31 CLOSING HOURS.
   (A)   Hours of operation permitted:
Class A
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Class B, including B-1 and B-2
Everyday from April 1 thru October 31

   (B)   It shall be unlawful to sell or offer to sell at retail alcoholic liquor between 6:00 p.m. Christmas Eve and 10:00 a.m. on Christmas Day, except that Class “B” and Class “F” licenses may make authorized sales until 9:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve. On New Year’s Eve, all Class "A, C, G, and H" licensees shall be permitted to sell alcoholic liquor until 3:00 a.m. on New Year’s Day.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to keep open for business or admit the public to remain therein or conduct any business in any premises in or on which alcoholic liquor is sold at retail during the hours within which the sale of such alcoholic liquor is prohibited; and further, within 30 minutes after such sales are prohibited, the operator of such premises shall not suffer or permit any cars of the public to remain on the premises and the adjacent parking area and such permission or sufferance shall be unlawful.
   (D)   Nothing in the foregoing section shall make unlawful the continued operation of stores, restaurants or clubs, but no alcoholic liquors may be sold, given, or consumed by the public after the hours of lawful sale.
   (E)   None of the prohibitions of this section shall apply to or prevent the owner and/or two employees from being in the premises during and after closing hours.
