§ 110.15 NUMBER OF LICENSES.
   This section provides for the maximum number of licenses that may be issued for each class.
   (A)   The following chart shows the number of licenses that are currently authorized pursuant to ordinances duly passed by the Village Board prior to the adoption of an amendatory ordinance on March 17, 2015:

   (B)    From and after the adoption of the amendatory ordinance on March 17, 2012, the Village Clerk, serving as the administrative assistant to the Liquor Commissioner, shall maintain a current list of all authorized licenses, and shall report to the Village Board promptly at any time there is any change in the number of such licenses, irrespective of the reason for the change.
   (C)   In the event any license(s) shall be revoked by final administrative action of the Liquor Commissioner, and any appeals to the Illinois Liquor Commission or the courts of this state shall have been exhausted, such license(s) shall be automatically void and the Village Clerk shall decrease the number of authorized licenses by the number of such revoked license(s).
   (D)    In the event any license(s) shall be allowed to lapse through non-renewal or relinquishment, such license(s) shall be terminated by operation of law and the Village Clerk shall decrease the number of authorized licenses by the number of such revoked license(s).
   (E)   A license shall further be deemed to be abandoned when the business closes for a continuous period of 30 days, and shall be terminated by operation of law without further action being necessary immediately thereafter, provided however, that a business may inform the Clerk and Liquor Commissioner of its intent to reopen under existing management following remodeling or repairs of the premises, which will stay running of the 30 day period so long as the remodeling or repairs are being performed diligently toward completion. The Clerk shall decrease the number of authorized licenses by the number of such abandoned license(s).
