(A) Unless otherwise defined herein, terms used in this chapter shall have the meanings set forth in an Act Relating to Alcoholic Liquors of the State of Illinois, approved January 31, 1934, as amended (also known as the “Liquor Control Act”), ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, §§ 1-1 et seq.
(B) SPORTS ACTIVITY. As that term is used herein it shall be given the broadest possible definition, including, by way of example and not limitation, the following activities:
(1) Badminton;
(2) Baseball;
(3) Basketball;
(4) Bocce;
(5) Croquet;
(6) Football;
(7) Hockey;
(8) Horseshoes;
(9) Lacrosse;
(10) Soccer;
(11) Tennis;
(12) Volleyball.
(C) LIQUOR COMMISSION. As used herein, this term means the local liquor commissioner designated by ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, § 4-2.
