§ 100.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 100.01 through 100.06 shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $200 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during which a violation occurs or continues.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 100.07 shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $200 for each offense; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a diseased tree or portion thereof remains on the premises more than ten days after notice has been given in accordance with the provisions of § 100.07. The costs of removal and destruction shall constitute a lien on the real estate concerned, and the Village Clerk is authorized to file a lien with the County Recorder of Deeds. ('79 Code, § 1002)

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 100.15 through 100.17 shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $200 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. ('79 Code, § 1002(12))
