§ 100.02 TRIMMING OR REMOVAL.
   It shall be unlawful to trim, remove, or cut down any tree or shrub in any street, parkway, or other public place without having first secured a permit therefor. Applications for such permits shall be made to the Village Clerk, and then shall be referred to the Board of Trustees before such permission shall be granted.
