§ 95.52 GENERAL PROHIBITION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to light or maintain any fire in the village except in accordance with the provisions in this subchapter. The term fire as used herein shall not be construed to mean or include a fire in a furnace, stove or fireplace or other container designed for the burning of approved materials.
   (B)   Notwithstanding any provision herein, it shall be unlawful to light or maintain any fire in the village so close to any building or structure, or any flammable material other than that to be burned so as to cause a fire hazard or the emission of thick, black smoke or release into the air particles of ash.
