(A) All premises used for the sale or storage of food or drink intended for human consumption shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. It shall be unlawful to permit any person who is afflicted with a contagious disease to handle any food or drink intended for sale. Such premises shall be kept free from flies and vermin at all times. ('79 Code, § 1205(2))
(B) It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale, any unwholesome or polluted food or drink of any kind intended or polluted food or drink of any kind intended for human consumption, in the village. ('79 Code, § 1205(1)) Penalty, see § 95.99
