No person engaged in the delivery of food or drink intended for human consumption shall enter into any premises which are quarantined because of the existence of a contagious disease. No containers or bottles shall be removed from such premises until the termination of the quarantine; and no such containers which have been left at the premises during the quarantine period shall be placed in use for the carrying of food or drink until they have been thoroughly sterilized.
