§ 91.06 MISUSES OF ALARM.
   Notwithstanding the provision of ILCS Ch. 720, which creates the class 4, felony offense of Disorderly Conduct for the false activation of a fire alarm. It is unlawful for any person to activate an alarm system for any purpose other than that which the alarm system was originally designed to detect.
