§ 75.27 EXCEEDING LOAD LIMITS; EXCEPTION.
   (A)   The transportation of materials or merchandise by vehicles exceeding the load limits as prescribed by § 75.26 beyond the boundaries of the village, shall be prohibited except under the specific conditions set forth in § 75.26.
   (B)   The above weight limitation of 12,000 pounds per vehicle on the aforesaid streets shall not apply to any truck engaged in the act of lawfully collecting refuse according to a predetermined schedule.
