(A) All residents with snowmobiles shall be required to be registered with the Village Clerk and shall have affixed to said snowmobile on each side of cowling the current registration sticker.
(B) In order to be eligible for a registration sticker, all operators must have at least $50,000 in liability and property damage insurance.
(C) The fee for a three-year sticker shall be $15 and must be purchased by January 1 of each subsequent three-year period thereafter.
