§ 73.37 RECKLESS OPERATION.
   No person shall operate any snowmobile in a careless, willful, heedless, reckless, or wanton manner so as to endanger, harass, or annoy persons or endanger property. It shall be deemed reckless operation per se for any person to operate any snowmobile on the private property of another without having first obtained the express written permission to do so from the landowner or tenant in possession thereof.
