Any person subject to an NPDES construction site activities permit or NPDES industrial activities permit shall comply with all provisions of such permit. The person shall submit to the Village of Winthrop Harbor a copy of the notice of intent (NOI) that was provided to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA). Additional proof of compliance with an NPDES construction site activities permit or NPDES industrial activities permit may be required, in a form acceptable to the Village of Winthrop Harbor, prior to the allowing of discharges to the MS4.
