(A) Any person who has violated or continues to violate this chapter shall be liable to criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, and shall be subject to a criminal penalty of not less than $50 and not more than $500 per violation per day.
(B) Each violation and each day upon which an individual violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
