§ 51.03REIMBURSEMENTS FOR ROAD CROSSING COSTS.
   (A)   Any person who is required to extend a proposed sanitary sewer, storm sewer, or public water main across an existing road right-of-way shall be entitled to reimbursement for said actual costs including Engineering, up to a maximum rate not to exceed the following:
      (1)   $21.00 per front foot for storm sewer;
      (2)   $32.00 per front foot for sanitary sewer;
      (3)   $32.00 per front foot for water main.
   (B)   The reimbursement shall be made for the extension constructed within the actual width of the platted road right-of-way to maximum of 66 feet, and shall not be made for any work performed outside of the road right-of-way.
   (C)   The reimbursement shall be the sole compensation for the above mentioned work, with no additional reimbursements being made for pavement replacement, trench backfill, restoration, or other such related work until project is completely accepted by the Superintendent of Public Works and the Village Engineer.
