§ 98.026  DISPLAY OF GOODS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any merchant or other person to exhibit or display any goods, wares or merchandise of any kind, or anything else upon the sidewalks of the town, or to leave any delivery cart, wagon or other vehicle standing in or upon any street or sidewalk as will impede traffic.
   (B)   The Board of Alderpersons may authorize the display of goods, wares or merchandise upon the sidewalks and/or streets of the town during special events which have been specifically approved by the Board. Any authorization of the activities shall be for the duration of the approved special event and all the activities shall cease at the conclusion of the approved special event.
