(A) (1) Penalties for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter maybe expressly included with each provision.
(2) Otherwise, any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as follows: Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall subject the offender to a civil penalty in the amount of the cost of repairs and/or $150, whichever is greater.
(B) Any person found guilty of violating this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $50, imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.
