183.06 TRANSFER OF VEHICLE OWNERSHIP.
   Upon the transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle the Registrar or Deputy Registrar shall collect any additional Municipal motor vehicle license tax due thereon, computed in the manner provided in Ohio R.C. 4503.12.
