The Municipality shall provide, as a fringe benefit of employment to all employees of the Municipality, coffee, cups, filters, creamer, sugar, bottled water, meals, refreshments and other amenities as Council deems appropriate in an amount not to exceed in the aggregate one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) in any one calendar year.
