131.04 CLOTHING ALLOWANCE.
   (a)   Each full-time officer of the Police Department shall be entitled to a clothing allowance of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per year.

   (b)   The clothing allowance shall be payable upon the submission of a receipt(s) indicating that said clothing was purchased during the applicable year.
