(a) In accordance with Ohio R.C. 733.262, there is hereby created the position of Village Fiscal Officer.
(b) The Village Fiscal Officer shall have those powers, duties and functions provided by law for the village clerk-treasurer and any other duties consistent with the nature of the office that are provided for by law including municipal ordinance.
(c) The change from the position of Clerk-Treasurer to the position of Village Fiscal Officer shall become effective October 1, 2016.
