(a) Council hereby authorizes, directs, and empowers the Fiscal Officer to post all ordinances and resolutions passed by Council, rather than having the same published in a newspaper of general circulation.
(b) The places wherein ordinances are to be posted are as follows:
(1) Reisbecks;
(2) Big Lots;
(3) Wendy's;
(4) United States Post Office, Wintersville Branch;
(5) The Municipal Building located at 200 Grove Street;
(6) Kroger's Grocery Store.
