133.01 FIRE LOSS CLAIMS AND INSURANCE PROCEEDS.
   (a)   The Village authorizes the procedures described in Ohio R.C. 3929.86(C) and (D).
   (b)   The Fiscal Officer is directed to file a certified copy of this section with the Ohio State Superintendent of Insurance.
   (c)   The Fiscal Officer shall be the designated officer to carry out the duites found in Ohio R.C. 3929.86(C).
