As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases have the meanings ascribed to them.
(a) “Roller blades” means any device with two or more in-line wheels affixed to the operator’s shoes, boots or other footwear and which is capable of being propelled by the force of gravity or muscular power.
(b) “Roller skates” means any device with three or more wheels affixed to the operator’s shoes, boots or other footwear and which is capable of being propelled by the force of gravity or muscular power.
(c) “Skateboards” means any device with two or more wheels affixed to a board, platform or other object and which is capable of being propelled by the force of gravity or muscular power.
All other words and phrases not defined in this chapter have the meaning ascribed to them in Chapter 301
.
Any word or phrase which is not defined in the Codified Ordinances shall be ascribed its plain and ordinary definition.
