(a) There shall be no parking on the east side of Stardust Drive from the eastern terminus of Stardust Drive with Main Street south to the southern terminus of Milky Way Drive at its intersection with Stardust Drive.
(b) There shall be no parking on both sides of Stardust Drive from the western terminus of Milky Way with Stardust Drive westerly three hundred and twenty-eight feet to the entrance of Sewerage Treatment Plant (E).
(c) There shall be no parking on the west side of Stardust Drive from the entrance to the Sewerage Treatment Plant (E) to the western terminus of Stardust Drive at Main Street.
