(a) Whoever violates Section 1341.02(a) shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
(b) Each day a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
(c) If an offender of this chapter has previously been convicted of or plead guilty to a violation of this chapter the offender shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and subject to a fine of not more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) and/or a jail term of not more than thirty (30) days.
