1339.05 LANDS TO WHICH THESE REGULATIONS APPLY.

These regulations shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the Village of Wintersville as identified in Section 1339.06, including any additional areas of special flood hazard annexed by the Village of Wintersville.
