The following uses are permitted in all districts:

(b) Fire stations
(c) Gas regulator stations
(d) Police stations
(e) Mass transit passenger stations
(f) Transportation rights of way
(g) Sewage treatment plants
(h) Telephone exchange, telephone transmission equipment, buildings and microwave relay towers.
(i) Water works, reservoirs, pumping stations
(j) Necessary accessory uses.
