Land subdivided into tracts of one acre or more and intended as semi-rural gardening tracts shall be designed, as far as practicable to facilitate the future division of these parcels into smaller building lots with the provisions at such future time of a convenient and economical street system. Acreage or garden subdivision shall be so designated on the plat.
