(a) On occasion the Village may but is not required or obligated to provide bulk garbage and rubbish service. Said service will permit customers to place bulk or larger items and/or more items than normally permitted by ordinance for collection.
(b) The Village may limit the types of items permitted to be placed for collection.
(c) Any residence or premises that has garbage, rubbish and/or bulk items collected from the residence or premises that fills more than one truckload full shall be assessed a two hundred dollar ($200.00) charge plus the Village's existing contract tonnage rate on the next bill.
