955.16 ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES FOR NONPAYMENT.
   The procedures for enforcement of the sanitation regulations of Chapter 955 , shall be as follows:
   (a)   The Village Administrator shall be informed of all delinquent accounts as defined in Section 955.14 on a monthly basis by the Sanitation Department.
   (b)   After receiving notice of a delinquent account, the Village Administrator shall file a complaint against the person responsible for the account in accordance with this chapter.
   (c)   The Police Department shall serve a copy of the complaint and summons to the person and shall cite them into Magistrate’s Court.
