933.05 CROSS CONNECTIONS.

(a) No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall install, maintain or otherwise connect to any premises any water supply that is not operated and maintained by the Municipality.

(b) A violation of subsection (a) hereof shall be a minor misdemeanor and each day a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
