933.04 DRILLING WELLS PROHIBITED.

(a) It is hereby ordained by Council that it shall be unlawful to drill water wells in the Municipality except wells for water to be used for processing purposes only.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
